Introduction to surface Rockwell hardness tester:
　 The HRM-45 digital surface Rockwell hardness tester is suitable for testing the Rockwell surface hardness of black metals, non-ferrous metals, hard alloys, carburizing, nitriding layers, chemical treatment layers, and thin parts.
This series is renowned for its economic practicality, reliability, and ease of operation. The measuring device includes a dial gauge, manually zeroed, and a 108mm diameter dial with Rockwell standards and a surface Rockwell scale (150-100-60kgt) (15-30-45kgt) that can directly read test values of one unit and 0.2 Rockwell units.
Load selection can be done by pressing a button on the right side of the machine. The test is conducted by manually operating a joystick on the right side of the instrument. The operator first sets the correct pre negative number on the dial and sets it to zero using the outer scale of the dial. Using a button located at the bottom left of the instrument, the operator can adjust the speed at which the load is lowered.
